Question: How do I create better Listing Presentations?
Answer: There are various resources you can utilize to help you create the perfect and persuasive presentation to your potential sellers.
One option is the make full use of the various valuable RE/MAX tools, templates, and documents found on www.bestagent.ca Once logged in, click on the “Listings Assistant” tab. Under this tab, you will find Media Reports with topics such as market trends, First Time Buyer Report, and a Condominium Report. Most of these Media Reports and be downloaded into MS Word format which allows for editing and/or copying. A sample of a RE/MAX Listing Presentation is also available for download and can be customized in MS PowerPoint. RE/MAX has also included a short and useful guide on “How to make prelisting presentation package”.
Another option is to login to our office Intranet website– exclusively set up for our office agents! You can find similar tools, Presentation samples, and reports by following these steps:
- Visit: www.remaxcrossroads.ca
- Click on “Intranet” at the bottom of the homepage
- Enter your login info. (If you don’t know your login, please contact front desk).
Once logged in, be sure to browse through “Listing Assistant”, “Buyer & Seller Assistant”, and “Graphics, Logos & Flyers” categories to the left of the homepage. Available at the click of your computer mouse are: Telephone scripts, Sellers packages, RE/MAX graphics, Downloadable and customizable RE/MAX Crossroads Prelisting Presentation, and much more.
