It all started with a phone call from a person by the name of Deborah Ball with RE/MAX International, who called me up two weeks ago and said: “I hear your office is becoming an iREALTY office, that sounds great, now what is an iREALTY?” I guess the answer was good, hence the reason why we made it to the home page and our story directly e-mailed to over 100,000 agents worldwide. So what is this iREALTY? Well, an iREALTY office is an office that does things a bit differently and a bit more technologically advanced.
In today’s environment, technically, the office is wherever the REALTOR is, be that the car, coffee shop, mountain top, airport or beach. Recognizing this, each RE/MAX Crossroads REALTOR has access to a 24-hour, secure intranet site developed exclusively for our office where all the forms, contracts, files and presentations can be accessed paperlessly (not sure that is a word.. yet). All our REALTOR’s receive training on how to use these and other systems that allow them to better help their clients.
The end result? A new way of doing things!
