Question: What is RE/MAX LeadStreet and how can I get leads from RE/MAX?
Answer: Remax.ca is a website that promotes your residential listings. Potential buyers are able to request for more information, schedule a showing, print or e-mail the listing, and/or use a mortgage calculator by visiting the Feature Sheet section of your listing on this website. RE/MAX has a great push to advertise the Remax.ca website and because you are a Re/Max Crossroads agent, you will benefit from their mass promotion.
RE/MAX will notify you via e-mail of any leads generated from remax.ca and you have 4 hours to accept the lead. You can accept leads on your mobile device or computer. Should you fail to accept the lead within this timeframe, RE/MAX will forward the leads to our office and we will then send it back to you.
All your listings and leads are also shown in RE/MAX LeadStreet, which is a lead-management system tied directly to the Remax.ca website. LeadStreet's tools help you manage and nurture the leads and turn them into closed transactions. You can check the number of leads generated, understand how many prospects viewed/ printed/ emailed your listings, and even clicked on the mortgage calculator.
To check any leads pending on your listings is quick and easy:
Login to BestAgent.ca (Contact Lois if you don’t know your User ID)

By utilizing LeadStreet frequently, you will be able to connect to your prospects in time. Online consumers want very quick responses; ideally under 20 minutes is expected. Once you pass the 1 day mark, a consumer will lose expectation of a response and may have contacted another Realtor.
Take advantage of LeadStreet. It’s free for Re/Max agents and you don’t have to worry about paying referral fees typically required by other lead generating websites!
